Estee LauderA Different Path, Building Something Real.
My path into business didn’t follow a traditional route. After finishing school, I went on to study Justice and Psychology at university, but it didn’t take long to realise that my interests extended beyond a conventional career path. I was drawn to something more hands-on - something where I could build, lead, and create real impact.
Alongside this, I developed a strong passion for health and fitness, competing in natural bodybuilding competitions. That environment shaped a lot of my mindset - discipline, consistency, and the ability to push through challenges - qualities that naturally carried over into business.
My early experience came through stepping into leadership roles within two companies, both the largest in their respective industries in Australia. I managed and developed large teams, gaining practical experience across operations, sales, and team performance, and learning what it actually takes to keep a business running effectively day-to-day.
I later became part of one of the fastest-growing teams within an American health and wellness company, where I worked across team development, systems, and growth. That experience deepened my understanding of how to scale a business, build strong team structures, and create long-term momentum.
Over time, my focus has naturally evolved. Rather than just working within businesses, I’ve become more drawn to building something long-term - acquiring and growing companies with strong foundations, and ensuring they continue to thrive. At the core of it, I believe that behind every business is something worth protecting - people, relationships, and years of effort - and that growth should never come at the expense of those things.

BUILDING OUR MODERN DYNASTY.
What we’re building didn’t start with a big announcement. It started with a shared way of thinking.
Robby and I have both spent time inside businesses—seeing how they grow, where they break, and what actually makes them work long term. We come at it from different angles, but in the same direction. I naturally lean toward people, relationships, and the bigger picture—understanding what a business means to the person who built it. Robby is more focused on systems, structure, and how things run behind the scenes.
Over time, it became clear those two sides work better together than they do apart.
That’s where this started. Not just building individual businesses, but creating something more connected—a group of businesses run properly, structured well, and built to last. We call it our modern dynasty. Not something traditional or rigid, but something adaptable, built for how business actually works now.
We’ve also chosen to learn from people who have already built at a high level—surrounding ourselves with experience in acquisitions, growth, and long-term business building. Not to copy, but to sharpen how we think and operate.
The focus isn’t on starting from scratch. It’s recognising what’s already working, protecting it, and building on top of it without losing the foundation. Some businesses need better systems, some need stronger structure, and some just need the right support to keep growing.
There’s also a level of responsibility that comes with it. Businesses aren’t just numbers—they’re people, livelihoods, and years of work. That’s not something I take lightly.
The goal is simple: to build businesses that run well, grow properly, and are still standing long after we’re done with them. No shortcuts. No noise. Just doing it properly.
